丘成桐中学科学奖海外赛区经过半决赛面试考评，评选出了本年度入围总决赛的团队名单。共有12支亚洲赛区团队、5支北美赛区团队入围总决赛(总决赛入围名单见后)。

对于此次分赛区决赛推选出的论文，组委会将在本比赛的官网上公示一周。亚洲赛区公示已结束（公示时间为2023年11月7日-11月13日24:00), 北美赛区公示时间为2023年11月20日-11月26日24:00 (北京时间)。

任何单位或个人，如认为本次公示的论文存在剽窃、抄袭之处，或对论文主要内容的原创性、独创性以及论文的主要研究结果存在重大疑问，可在公示时间结束之前以电子邮件、邮寄等书面方式向丘成桐中学科学奖组委会的秘书处提出异议。提出异议的书面材料应包括论文题目、被异议的内容，以及支持异议的具体证据。单位提出异议的，须加盖公章；个人提出异议的，应署本人姓名、联系地址和电话。收到异议材料后，我们将请专家团队审核。组委会郑重承诺对提出异议的单位和个人予以保密。
