第一部分 学校简介

Part One Brief Introduction

福建水利电力职业技术学院是经中华人民共和国教育部批准的全日制公办普通高等职业学院，是以水利、电力为主要专业特色，机电类、电子信息类、建筑类、轨道交通类和经济管理类专业协调发展的职业院校。现有永安校区、福州校区和厦门基地，校区占地总面积1741.89亩，设有水利工程学院、电力工程学院、信息工程学院、建筑工程学院、自动化工程学院、交通工程学院和经济管理学院等7个二级学院和通识教育学院、马克思主义学院。在近百年的职业教育办学历史中，学校秉承“精求技能、崇尚文明”的校训精神，为国家培养了十余万名毕业生，在社会上享有“福建水电人才摇篮”的美誉。

第三部分 留学申请

Part Three International Students Admissions

（一）申请条件

(I) Application Requirements

1.拥护“一个中国”原则。

1. Uphold the one-China principle.

2.申请就读的学生，须获得高级中学或同等学历的中专以上毕业证书，年龄不超过30周岁，持外国有效普通护照的非中国籍公民。

2. Applicants must have a diploma of high school or equivalence or above, be under the age of 30, and hold a valid foreign passport.

（1）中国公民移民外国后申请以外国留学生身份进入我校学习的，必须持有有效的外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近四年（截至入学年度的4月30日前）之内有在国外实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在国外居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）。

Chinese students with foreign nationality who apply to study in ZZIT must hold a valid passport or nationality certificate for four or more years, and have a record of actual residence abroad for more than two years in the last four years (by April 30 of the year of enrollment) (nine months of actual residence abroad out of a year can be counted as a full year, to be determined according to entry and exit stamps in the passport).

（2）根据有关规定，外籍华人（含已加入外国国籍的原中国公民及其外国籍后裔、中国公民的外国籍后裔）须通过公安机关出入境管理机构的国籍认定，方可办理外国人居留许可并按外国留学生身份进行学籍注册。未通过国籍认定者将被取消入学资格。

(2) In accordance with relevant regulations, foreign Chinese (including former Chinese citizens who have acquired foreign nationality and their descendants of foreign nationals, and foreign descendants of Chinese citizens) must pass the nationality identification of the exit-entry departments of public security organs before they apply for residence permits and register as foreign students. Those who fail to pass the nationality identification will be disqualified for admission.

3.遵守中国政府的法律法规。学生身体健康，身体条件须符合教育部、卫生部、中国残疾人联合会《关于印发普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见的通知》等相关文件规定，体检不合格者不予录取。

3. Applicants shall abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government. They shall be in good health that comply with the physical requirements of the Issuance of Guidance Opinions on Medical Examination for Admission to Ordinary Colleges and Universities and relevant documents stipulated by the Ministry of Education, National Health Commission and the China Disabled Persons’ Federation. Those who fail to pass the medical examination will be disqualified for admission.

4.具有运用汉语和汉字进行交际和沟通的基本能力，汉语水平须达到HSK四级及以上水平。

4. Have the basic ability to use oral Chinese and Chinese characters to communicate, and reach HSK Level 4 or above.

（二）申请材料

(II) Application Materials

1.申请人须提供如下材料，所有材料须一式三份：

1. Applicants must provide the following documents, all of which are in triplicate:

（1）《福建水利电力职业技术学院国际学生入学申请表》（附件1）；

(1) Application Form for International Students of Fujian Polytechnic of Water Conservancy and Electric Power (Attachment 1);

（2）护照或其他身份证明复印件；

(2) The copy of your passport or other identity certificate;

（3）2寸白底彩色免冠照片；

2-cun color bareheaded photo on white background;

（4）经公证的中文或英文高中或中专毕业证书和成绩单，中英文以外文本需附上经过公证的中文或英文译本；

（4）Notarized Chinese or English diploma and transcript of the high school or equivalence. Include a notarized Chinese or English translation if the documents aren’t in either English or Chinese;

（5）HSK证书复印件；

（5）The copy of HSK certificate;

（6）毕业学校鉴定表或推荐信；

（6）The assessment form or letter of recommendation of the high school or equivalence that you graduate from;

（7）提交《福建水利电力职业技术学院国际学生经济担保书》（附件2），提供足以支付在中国留学的生活费的担保证明。同时提交经费担保人的工作证明和护照复印件。申请奖学金者也需提交经济担保书；

（7）Submit the Financial Guarantee for International Students of Fujian Polytechnic of Water Conservancy and Electric Power (Attachment 2), and provide a guarantor-proved certification of finances showing you’ll be able to fund your study and life in China. Meanwhile, include the guarantor's work certificate and passport copy. Applicants for scholarship are also required to submit the Financial Guarantee;

（8）来华学习计划（不少于800字）；

（8）Study Plan in China (no less than 800 words);

（9）近半年《外国人体格检查表》和无犯罪记录证明。无犯罪记录证明是由申请人所在地公安机关出具的证明文件。

（9）The Foreigner Medical Examination Form in the past six months and the certificate of no criminal record. The certificate of no criminal record must be issued by the public security organ where applicants are located.

（三）注意事项

（1）申请截止时间：

（2）申请者请将全部申请材料扫描电子版发到指定邮箱fjsdxyzsb@163.com，并将全部完整的申请材料纸质版在6月30日前寄到福建水利电力职业技术学院教务处办公室，并在邮件标题中注明留学申请。申请材料如被证明存在不实信息或故意隐瞒重要信息的，将取消入学资格。

（2）Please send the scanned version of all application materials via email, with a title indicating international students admissions, to fjsdxyzsb@163.com. And mail all the paper application materials to the Academic Affairs Office of Fujian Polytechnic of Water Conservancy and Electric Power before June 30th. If fake information is contained or important information is intentionally concealed in the application materials, the applicants will be ineligible for the admission.

（3）申请学校奖学金的国际学生，需另外提供《福建水利电力职业技术学院国际学生奖学金申请表》（附件3）

(3) For international students applying for college scholarship, the Scholarship Application Form for International Student of Fujian Polytechnic of Water Conservancy and Electric Power (Attachment 3) is also required.

第四部分 收费标准

（1）学费标准：人民币6000元/人/学年。

（2）住宿费标准：人民币970元/人/学年(含空调费70元/人/学年)。学生公寓为6人间，配有空调、热水器、洗衣机、家具、独立浴室与卫生间、独立阳台。

（3）保险费：人民币800-1200元/年

(3) Insurance: 800-1200 RMB yuan/year

（4）其他相关费用

(4) Other fees

包括教材费、体检费、签证费、办理居留许可等，具体费用以实际物价为准。

（一）资格审查

学校将综合审查申请者的外籍身份、高中学历、学业成绩、语言证书、个人陈述、中学推荐意见等。

（二）考核

学校对通过资格审查的学生进行考核，重点考查学生的语言交流能力和综合素质等。

（三）学校根据申请者的资格审查和考核结果择优录取。

录取通知书和外国留学人员来华学习签证申请表将在考核通过后陆续寄出。

第六部分 奖学金政策

Part Six Scholarships

国际学生奖学金包括福建省政府外国留学生奖学金和福建水利电力职业技术学院国际学生奖学金两个类别。

（一）福建省政府外国留学生奖学金

福建省政府奖学金资助标准: 人民币 30000 元/人/学年。根据福建省政府外国留学生奖学金相关规定执行。

（二）学校国际学生奖学金

资助标准：人民币 10000 元/人/学年。被录取到我校就读的国际学生，需要按程序评审，评审通过后奖学金原则上按月发放。奖学金可以用来支付学费、住宿费、保险费、教材费、生活费等费用。奖学金不可兼得，申请者最多只能获得其中一种奖学金资助。

我校将全面审查奖学金申请者的学业成绩、语言能力水平等，根据奖学金评选办法，坚持规范、客观、公平的原则，从被录取的学生中择优选拔奖学金候选人，报学校及奖学金上级主管部门审批。同时，根据奖学金评审相关办法对各类奖学金获得者进行年度考核，符合条件的可继续申请或享受下一学年的奖学金，否则将取消其享受奖学金资格或降低奖学金标准。

（三）学校国际学生学费减免

减免标准：年度金额上限为人民币6000 元 / 人 / 学年。面向在校正式就读的国际学生开放申请。学费减免与福建省政府奖学金不可同时申领。

（四）学校国际学生生活补助金

资助标准：年度金额上限为人民币2000 元 / 人 / 学年。面向在校正式就读的国际学生开放申请，按照学校相关评审规则统一评定、择优发放，补助资金可用于补贴日常学习与生活开支。本生活补助金与福建省政府奖学金不可同时申领。
