大学探索：跨界成长与创业基石

Q: 在大学学习期间有哪些难忘的经历或收获？

A：在大学的时光里，我所学的专业与我今日的事业轨迹似乎背道而驰，这或许令人好奇。但我深信，人生旅途中的每一次尝试，即便是那些看似偶然的经历，都是命运精心铺设的伏笔。正是通过亲身经历，我逐渐认识到何为真正的兴趣所在，以及如何将之转化为追求幸福的基石。

因此，我将大学时期视为一个充满探索与实践的宝贵阶段。在那段时间里，我积极投身于学生会的组织工作，激发创意于艺术团的每一次表演，沉浸于社团活动的多样色彩，以及热情参与党员活动，这些不仅极大地拓宽了我的视野，更成为了我磨练领导力、团队协作与创新能力的重要平台。与此同时，我对本专业的深入学习也未曾懈怠，多次荣获学业奖学金及“三好学生”等荣誉，这些成就不仅是对我专业知识的认可，也为我日后的创业奠定了坚实的基础，教会了我在不同领域间寻找共通点，灵活应用于琴行的经营与管理之中。

创业契机：

与“也可琴行”共历风雨的十年

Q：是什么契机让你选择创业，与“也可琴行”结缘？

A：毕业之初，我面前铺展着无数可能。我曾在财务岗位实习锻炼，与我的专业紧密相连；也曾在民办小学担任校办助理，体验教育的温情；还曾作为幼儿园老师，感受童真的纯净；同时，我还在温州市青少年活动中心担任古筝老师，传递音乐的魅力。在这些不同的角色中，我体会到了责任感与使命感的重量。

2015年，一个偶然的机遇降临。我的弟弟姜建中（也是温州商学院的校友），从北京迷笛音乐学校毕业后，怀揣着创业的梦想，想要开设琴行。而在我大学期间，学校的创业氛围浓厚，周围不少同学也踏上了创业的征途，他们的勇气与坚持如同一股强大的助推器，点燃了我内心深处早已萌芽的创业梦想，我曾无数次幻想过开办琴行的情景。于是，我们一拍即合。然而，创业之路从不平坦，我们遭遇了合伙人的退出、房租的上涨、同行的激烈竞争，以及疫情的冲击。但每一次挑战，我们都迎难而上，破浪前行。十年如一日的坚持，我们深耕于教育培训行业，目前，琴行学员已达300多人。

前行之路：每一步都是成功的基石

Q：前不久您还作为嘉宾受邀出演我们建校25周年联欢会活动，再次重返母校，有什么样的感觉，或者跟之前对母校的印象有什么不同吗？

A：重返母校，我心中涌动着怀旧与新奇。看到熟悉的教学楼，老师们的面容依旧亲切，仿佛我的青春未曾远去。之前的F区，如今是商学院南校区，新的体育馆、宿舍楼、食堂，还有图书馆，勾勒出知识的殿堂和梦想的港湾……我羡慕现在的学子，也渴望重温那段青春岁月。学校变化让人惊喜，也让人怀念。

Q：你有什么想对学弟学妹们说的？

A：在人生的旅途中，每一步都算数，每一段经历都铸就了我们。只要我们保持前行的步伐，就会发现，无论道路多么曲折，终将引领我们走向光明与成功。愿每一位学弟学妹，都能在探索中找到属于自己的幸福事业。

【师旷琴行】成立于2015年，在2022年正式更名为【也可琴行】，位于鹿城区锦绣路1039-1041号，占地面积约200+m2。是一家以音乐培训、销售、批发，租赁，维修，售后为一体的音乐机构。培训项目：钢琴，古筝，架子鼓，吉他，贝斯等等。

From "Account Book" to "Strings", the Girl Became a Goddess in Her Junior Peers' Hearts

Q: What are some unforgettable experiences or gains during your university studies?

A: It may be curious that my major in college seems to be contrary to my career path today. But I firmly believe that every attempt in the journey of life, even those seemingly accidental experiences, are carefully laid foreshadowing by fate. It is through personal experience that I gradually realized what true interests are and how to turn them into the cornerstone of pursuing happiness. Therefore, I regard my college years as a valuable stage full of exploration and practice. During that time, I actively participated in the organization work of the Student Union, inspired creativity in every performance of the Art Troupe, immersed myself in the diverse colors of club activities, and enthusiastically participated in party activities. These not only greatly broadened my horizons, but also became an important platform for me to hone my leadership, teamwork, and innovation abilities. At the same time, I have never slackened my efforts in studying my major in depth, and have won numerous academic scholarships and honors such as "Three Good Students". These achievements not only recognize my professional knowledge, but also lay a solid foundation for my future entrepreneurship, teaching me to find common ground between different fields and apply it flexibly in the operation and management of piano stores.

Q: What prompted you to choose entrepreneurship and forge a bond with "Yeke Piano Store"?

A: At the beginning of my graduation, countless possibilities lay ahead of me. I had internships in financial positions, closely tied to my major; I served as an office assistant at a private primary school, experiencing the warmth of education; I worked as a kindergarten teacher, feeling the purity of childhood innocence; and I taught the guzheng at the Wenzhou Youth Activity Center, conveying the charm of music. In these different roles, I experienced the weight of responsibility and mission.

In 2015, a fortuitous opportunity arose. My younger brother, Jianzhong Jiang (also an alumnus of Wenzhou Business College), after graduating from Beijing Midi Music School, harbored the dream of entrepreneurship and wanted to open a piano store. During my university years, the entrepreneurial atmosphere was strong, and many of my classmates embarked on the entrepreneurial journey. Their courage and perseverance were like a powerful booster, igniting the entrepreneurial dream that had already sprouted deep within me. I had imagined numerous times about opening a piano store. So, we hit it off immediately. However, the entrepreneurial road is never smooth. We encountered the withdrawal of partners, rising rent, fierce competition from peers, and the impact of the pandemic. But every challenge, we faced it head-on and moved forward against the waves. With ten years of unwavering perseverance, we have deeply rooted ourselves in the education and training industry. Currently, the piano store has over 300 students.
